About John E. Groberg

I AM.

(and so are you) 

Everything else is just a story we make up as we go.

But stories are interesting and fun and they help us relate to each other and learn.  So here is some of my story.

Here are some of the things I choose to do with my time and attention.  Be an author, a personal and business coach, a speaker, a teacher, a yogi, an entrepreneur, an artist, a poet, a husband, a father and a friend.

I am married to a wonderful wife since 1991 and am a father of six incredible children (which is redundant since all children are incredible). We currently live in Mesa, AZ. I grew up (physically) in Idaho, Hawaii, and Utah, but have lived my adult life so far in California and Arizona. I'm still growing up spiritually.  I come from a large family of 11 children. I am #6 in that lineup. 

For the last 25 plus years, I’ve been an avid researcher and experimenter with all sorts of books, products and services in the personal/spiritual growth and wellness fields. I love to learn how life works- not just through reading books- but through experimenting with the principles and practices taught by some of the world’s most enlightened teachers and writers- ancient and modern, eastern and western, spiritual and scientific.   I’ve studied many of the ancient religious texts from many different religions that have stood the test of time. I’ve taken up the practice of yoga and meditation. I’ve benefited tremendously from many of the teachers I’ve found in this process and have assimilated it all into my own unique understanding of life that I attempt to share through my own creative endeavors.  And as my understanding continues to develop and grow, I will share that with you too.
