The Aloha Spirit

This is a 1 page PDF you can print and hang somewhere you'll see it often.  I created this for my own family and it hangs on our fridge door where we see it every day.  We had a great family discussion the night I taught this to my family.  I've since given this to several of my coaching clients and they have found that it sparked some really meaningful reflection and discussion. 

This is based on the Huna teachings of Serge Kahili King (http://huna.org) I've basically just summarized it in a table and found some verses from the Bible that support it and that have a whole new level of meaning once you understand what it really means to bless and to curse.  I also created the little rhyme at the top as an easy to memorize mantra.
