The Happy Life Code

The Happy Life Code is a specific system designed to help teach children (and yourself as a parent) the fundamental inner skills that will lead to a happy life.  The system uses a memory hooking skill of number shape association and teaches you a specific number "code" to help remind the family members of a specific inner skill that may need to come into play in a specific moment. 

Each number from zero to nine (10 in all) is associated with a specific "inner world" skill set that once taught, can be activated in the family member's minds simply by themselves or a family member saying a number, or holding up fingers for that number. The number will trigger the memory response and with time the attached behavior or inner skill set will be triggered. 

So 0 means something specific, 1 something else, 2 something else, etc.  After a while of practicing the Happy Life Code, you can become like a baseball catcher giving hand signals to the pitcher.  You can be out in public and when you notice a child (or yourself) going off in a direction that does not serve them, you can remind them of the skills you've taught them that apply to the moment, just by saying a number (or more than one number if applicable). 

It can become a fun "private" game or "inside joke" that only you and your family members know about and it will definately be something that your children will remember for the rest of their lives as it will continue to guide them long after they've left the nest and will likely be passed on down to the next generation.
